The Processing and Dispatch of Orders

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 working days.  Orders will be dispatched to the address provided at check out. Once dispatched, we cannot predict delivery or be accountable for courier delays. We keep all proof of postage.

Refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you experience a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. 

Refunds will only be issued for defective products. These will need to be returned to ourselves and undergo testing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if something is not to your taste.
